Fancy is a very pretty flea bitten grey mare who is very proud and carries herself like an andelusian. She has a georgeous long flowing mane. According to her previous owner she is broke to ride (she has been recovering from a bad girth gall) but somewhere along the line she has been mistreated and is a little leary of strangers, although she's only been here a short time and is already settling down very quickly. She will need a patient person with some experience to work with her. She loads and leads very well and stands quietly while tied up. She has had all of her vaccinations and has been wormed and is ready to find a loving home of her own. She is sound and should make an great all-around horse with a knowledgeable, gentele handler to take her further whom she can regain her trust with. Requesting $500 donation. All offers considered. We cannot trade for another horse, but could consider a PARTIAL trade for quality hay, or tack.
To view pictures of her, please visit the web site www.horseadoption.net or call (830)796-7322.

John Henry is an adorable horse with a super personality. He loves attention and affection. He is wonderful to ride bareback as he has a nice soft flat cushiony back. He is slightly off due to crooked coffin bones and pedal osteitis. Our vet suggests light riding would be good for him. He gets along well with other horses and needs to be kept with other horses. He does not do well alone.
